I ordered two shirts and followed the sizing chart provided. The shirts arrived quickly and the quality is genuinely great—but unfortunately, the sizing was much smaller than expected based on the chart. I reached out to customer service right away and received a prompt initial response. I explained that I wanted to return the size Small (which fit more like an XS) and was grateful that the Medium still worked for me. The reply I received was kind and reassuring, saying they wanted to make it right and replace the item. I really appreciated that gesture—it wasn’t something I was expecting. However, after that initial reply, I never heard back. Despite following up immediately, sending two additional emails, and even calling, I never received another response. I was willing to pay out of pocket for an exchange, but was completely ghosted and now have an item that is no use to me. So overall—good quality, but the sizing is off and the customer service follow-through was disappointing. Proceed with caution.
